Fast

We pride ourselves on the speed with which we transfer your money over to your bank account. It isn’t our money, it’s yours and we want you to have it as quickly as possible.

Two working days after the Direct Debit is collected the money will be transferred into your unique client account. If the amount is under £100,000 we transfer the funds using same day Faster Payments or via Bacs if the amount is over. Whichever system we use, we promise to pay you as quickly as the systems will allow us. That can’t happen with cheques. We can even arrange CHAPS payments.

If a Direct Debit does fail when we request it, we will inform you so that you can inform your customer. Ten days later, we will represent the Direct Debit, and represented Direct Debits have a high success rate.

Affordable

Setting up your own Direct Debit arrangement with the bank can be expensive, difficult and time consuming.

To do so requires businesses to acquire their own Service User Number (SUN) and unless the turnover is at least £3 million this can be tricky. Even with that condition met, there's a lengthy sponsorship application process alongside some stiff staff training requirements and expensive software requirements.

This is why most companies turn to a Facility Management Bureau (FMB).

An FMB has done all the training, bought all the software, acquired all the accreditation and is supported by Bacs – the governing body for Direct Debit in the UK. Bacs has been maintaining the integrity of payment related services for over 40 years and is owned by 16 of the leading banks and building societies in the UK, Europe and the US.

Even if a business has a SUN the administration costs can be expensive, so many still choose to use a bureau.

Many choose to work with Eazipay and we want our relationship with you to be totally transparent.

So when it comes to our fees, we are totally open. No hidden amounts or percentages and we charge a flat fee of *42p per Direct Debit. We believe this is much fairer than charging a percentage and gives you absolute certainty over our fees. *Other standard fees apply.

Professional

We operate to the highest professional standards. Continuous training is part of our everyday experience. For us, being professional isn’t just about what happens within Eazipay. It’s about how we interact with you and adapt our services to match your needs.

For instance, your company name will appear on your customer’s bank statement, not ours. That way any potential confusion is avoided.

We provide you with a dedicated Account Manager who will be on hand to guide, help and support you, whatever query you may have.

As part of what we do, we compile reports for you. But they are your reports, so tell us how you want them – daily, weekly, monthly or occasional, and we will prepare them for you to reflect your preferences.

Our success is down to our attention to detail and the level of service we provide to all of our customers. Every customer, no matter what their size, receives the same high quality of care.

You’re in safe hands with Eazipay.
