eazipay recieves prestigious industry accreditation

May 21, 2018

Cambridgeshire-based Direct Debit and automated payment processing company, Eazipay Ltd, has been awarded ‘Facilities Management Provider’ accreditation from Bacs, the governing body for Direct Debit and Bacs Direct Credit payments in the UK.

The accreditation is a new requirement from Bacs, which stipulates that all Facility Management Providers – companies that collect or administer Direct Debit collections on behalf of other organisations – be accredited as a condition of using the Direct Debit scheme.

The formal accreditation demonstrates Eazipay’s commitment to providing the highest quality Direct Debit services and support to its customers and further cements the company as one of the UK’s leading Direct Debit processing companies.

Luisa Grey, Eazipay’s Director, comments, “Obtaining this accreditation validates all our efforts to adhere to the rules of the Direct Debit scheme and continually improve the quality, delivery and reliability of our services.

“Our customers, now more than ever, want to be confident that they are doing business with an organisation that can constantly meet and exceed industry expectations. Successfully completing the rigorous processes required for the Facilities Management Provider accreditation is a clear sign that we are committed to conforming to the rules and providing the highest levels of service and support.”

Eazipay, which currently employs 25 full and part time staff, has been at the forefront of collecting and processing automated payments like Direct Debit for over 15 years.

Through its role as a Facility Management Provider, Eazipay provides the link between businesses and their banks so that SME companies can have access to all the benefits and financial control that larger companies have by using Direct Debit as their preferred payment collection process.

In addition to its Direct Debit collection service, Eazipay also offers a range of other automated payment processing services including Faster Payments, Direct Credit transactions, SEPA Direct Debits for payment collection in Euros, and a new card payment service allowing its clients to collect and process customer payments via debit and credit card.

A staggering £208 million worth of Direct Debits were processed on behalf of its clients during the first four months of 2018, signalling the company’s best ever opening period.
