Join The Big Break

As someone who recently expressed an interest in Direct Debit services from Eazipay we wanted to let you know about a fantastic promotion from Bacs and how it makes now the perfect time to think about offering Direct Debit payments to your customers

Bacs, the people behind Direct Debit in the UK, is running a nationwide marketing campaign called the Big Break.. As well as helping to convert customers to payment by Direct Debit the campaign is also aiming to raise a substantial sum of money for charity along the way!

From January 2012 to June 2012 the Big Break campaign offers consumers (your individual customers) who convert to paying by Direct Debit the chance to win their very own Big Break – a sizeable prize of £10,000– as well as gaining all the benefits of paying by Direct Debit.

We at Eazipay are really excited by the prospect of the campaign. It’s an amazing promotion and a fantastic incentive for your customers to sign up to Direct Debit.

There’s no obligation to join in, however, if you wish to participate then all Bacs asks for in return is for participating organisations to pledge a one-off donation to charity for each customer converting to Direct Debit. The amount you donate is up to you and the money can go to a charity of your choice or, alternatively, to Bacs’ chosen charity – Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Bacs is offering free campaign materials – mailings, online ads and logos – to help you promote payment by Direct Debit to your customer base. In addition, the company will promote the Big Break both nationally and regionally through PR and social media, and will advertise all participating organisations on its central campaign website.

We have already agreed to get involved and as well as promoting it to our customers we will be donating 6p per new Direct Debit processed by the Bureau during April 2012.

If, like us, you’re interested in supporting this campaign and would like to promote Direct Debit to your customers and help raise money for charity simply click here to contact one of our sales team who will talk you through the Eazipay Direct Debit set-up process and put you in touch with the Big Break marketing team at Bacs.
