Eazipay is the best option for the 'Best Of Bolton'

The Best of Bolton is a website which finds and promotes the very best businesses in Bolton. Run by Gaynor and David Ramsden, the company checks out every business to make sure it is worthy of going on the site. They have around 50 clients, all of whom pay by Direct Debit.

“What I like best about Eazipay is the fact that they help you every step of the way,” says Best of Bolton's Gaynor Ramsden.

“This is especially true during the setting up process. It is obviously extremely important that it is done correctly and the Eazipay set up team took us through every stage. They were always there if we were unsure what to do next.

“They have been equally helpful since we have been up and running. We have a dedicated account manager, so we are able to build up a good working relationship, and he is always on hand if there is a problem.

“Eazipay don't make a drama out of things. If there is an issue with some of the information we submit, they will often simply change it for us, rather than going through the rigmarole of sending it back and making us start again.

“The Best of Bolton is a franchise, there are numerous 'Best Ofs' across the country, and when we first joined we were recommended to use Eazipay by the franchise owners. Initially, people paid by Standing Order but this quickly became exceedingly messy and involved a good deal of paperwork, so within a short space of time we had switched to Direct Debit.

“We didn't shop around, just went straight to Eazipay and I'm glad we did. I can't fault their professionalism and they have never let us down. They made everything straightforward and never tried to blind us with jargon.

“Not only does Direct Debit save us time, money and effort, but you know straight away if there is a problem with a payment, rather than having to find out further down the line.

“I had only ever used Direct Debit as a consumer but I can see why it is so popular for businesses. It is reliable, safe and saves a good deal of time. We now insist that all our customers sign up to Direct Debit and no one has baulked at the idea.

“Direct Debit is good for everyone. It helps our cash flow projections, as we know how much money is coming in and when, and it helps our customers because they can rely on the right amount being taken out at the right time.”
