Eazipay helps Judgement Index cope with rapid growth

As Managing Director, Rob Coulthard, explains, it's a change of strategy and resultant rapid growth that has lead them to Eazipay's door.
“When we first launched the Judgement Index, we were very much a project based company and would work with one business over a period of many months. While it was satisfying to work in such an in depth way, it was also limiting in terms of how many people we could work with and was therefore slowing the growth of the company.
“We needed a new strategy, and found it in the care sector. The Judgement Index is an invaluable tool when it comes to discerning which prospective employees are likely to stay, and care is one of those industries where continuity of care is both very desirable and extremely hard to find, with staff turnover rates high.
“It's safe to say we made the right decision. Client numbers soared and turnover followed suit.
“But while this was all very lovely, it did present us with a different problem: how to ensure we kept track of the invoicing and retained a healthy cash flow?
“I approached our bank about Direct Debit, but they priced themselves out of the market straight away, and it was then that I found Eazipay.
“And what a find they have turned out to be. The very first time we contacted them they were friendly and efficient, and they've been that way ever since,
“Eazipay understood immediately the problem we were trying to solve, and set about helping us to find a solution.
“The initial set up was very straightforward – and considerably cheaper than the price offered by the bank – and the ongoing charges are very reasonable. I also have a dedicated account manager who knows my business inside out and can quickly spot if something doesn't look right.
Adding new clients is a doddle, and if I or any of my colleagues have a problem, all we have to do is pick up the phone. It's not just what Eazipay does that makes them so good. It's also what my company doesn't have to do. If we were invoicing clients in the traditional way, the numbers we have would require a dedicated team to keep up with the paperwork, chase outstanding bills and so on.
With Eazipay, once a new client is set up – a five minute job – they take care of everything else. It's saved us a small fortune in time and money and allowed us to focus on servicing existing clients and gaining new ones.
