Eazipay gives Arcaria big company mentality

Eazipay gives Arcaria big company mentality

Arcaria (it's Latin for treasurer) is a financial planning company. Formed seven years ago by Director, Martyn Woodland, the business aims to provide individuals, families and businesses with clear and understandable independent financial advice with totally transparent charging.

As Martyn explains, Eazipay helps give Arcaria a big company mentality.

“I don't think there's anyone who likes the process of collecting money. Whether it's raising invoices, chasing them, setting up standing orders or correcting under or overpayments, it's a stressful, time consuming process which takes away from the business's core objective of serving clients.

“After a few years running Arcaria, however, this was the situation we found ourselves in. Our payment methods of cheque or standing orders weren't really working out. Cheques would come in late or be for the wrong amount, clients would forget to set up standing orders or overpay, and it became increasingly difficult to maintain an effective sales ledger while still giving clients the level of service they had a right to expect.

“What we needed was a slicker, more professional way of collecting fees. Something which we had more control and which gave us a big company mentality and portrayed the right image. A system which made our lives easier whether it was a single fee or regular payments.

“We consulted quite widely as to the best answer and, having decided Direct Debit was the solution, made contact with Eazipay.

“From the start they were very impressive. Their information on Direct Debit is comprehensive and whetted our appetite for both them and Direct Debit and from the moment I contacted Eazipay they treated me like a grown up.

“They are easy to deal with, whether it's over the phone or by email and their support is first rate. The communications Eazipay has with our clients are always on time and professional, which reflects well on us. And like us, they are a company that likes to do things properly.

“Most importantly, our clients are happy. Eazipay makes their lives as easy as they make ours and everyone knows where they stand.

“There's no danger of any under or overpayments (or people forgetting) and once the forms are filled in the whole process is plain sailing.

“I run a professional company and I expect the companies I do business with to be equally professional. Eazipay fit the bill and for the image they give us, and the time and stress they save, are more than worth the money.”
