taking Direct Debit payments

The popularity of paying for goods and services by Direct Debit cannot be overstated – nine out of ten adults in the UK have at least one Direct Debit. This type of payment is now second nature to most of us.

From paying utility bills to gym memberships, Direct Debits have proven themselves over and over again to be the nation’s preferred method of automated payments.

The first step in your partnership with Eazipay is to set up an account with us. Once done, you’ll be able to offer your customers the option of paying by Direct Debit.

Once your account has been set up, there are just four easy steps to undertake – and you are only involved in step 1.

This is what happens:

  • Simply upload the details of each new customer to EDDI, our secure online Direct Debit Interface
  • We tell your customer’s bank that a new Direct Debit has been created
  • The money owed is collected by us and put into your own personalised account at Eazipay
  • Once the funds are cleared, they are transferred to your company bank account

It’s that simple and just to keep everything perfectly clear, it’s your company name that appears on your customer’s bank statement, not ours.
