Many of the UKs park home sites are operated by small, often family run businesses, people who take a personal interest and personal pride in what they do.

And there will be points in the year when dozens, if not hundreds of fees are due in – and collecting them can be a complete nightmare.

Working with Eazipay means that getting money into the business is no longer a labour intensive chore because it is hardly given a second thought as payments are collected automatically.

Any bounced collections are notified to you within twenty-four hours for further investigation and re-presentation.

Do you know how much you spend chasing money you are rightly owed? Well according to industry research, it isn’t unusual for SMEs to be spending around £1,000 a month chasing payments.

Do you know how much you spend chasing money you are rightly owed? Well according to industry research, it isn’t unusual for SMEs to be spending around £1,000 a month chasing payments.

By using Eazipay’s Direct Debit collection service, those unnecessary costs will be slashed because the money you are owed will be collected by us and paid to you.

Money in your account, on time, every time. Reliable, predictable, flexible.

Once the Direct Debit has been set up, that’s it. There is nothing else to do. The money you are owed will now be collected on time, in full on the day that you want it. If the amount needs to be amended, that’s simple too. And admin time together with invoice chasing time is dramatically reduced. So not only is your cash flow improved but you are saving money because of increased efficiencies.

setting up a Direct Debit

One of the best things about a Direct Debit system is that it's easy to set up and administer.

The first thing to do is to set up a Direct Debit account. Big companies can do this directly with the bank, but it's an expensive and time consuming process, so the vast majority of businesses use a Facilities Management Bureau like Eazipay.

Once the account is set up, the process could not be easier, involving just four simple steps, and once the client is on the system the payments go through automatically at the frequency specified by you.

We pride ourselves on the speed with which we transfer your money over to your bank account. It isn’t our money, it’s yours and we want you to have it as quickly as possible.

Two working days after the Direct Debit is collected the money will be transferred into your unique client account. If the amount is under £100,000 we transfer the funds using same day Faster Payments or via Bacs if the amount is over. Whichever system we use, we promise to pay you as quickly as the systems will allow us. That can’t happen with cheques. We can even arrange CHAPS payments.

If a Direct Debit does fail when we request it, we will inform you so that you can inform your customer. Ten days later, we will represent the Direct Debit, and represented Direct Debits have a high success rate.

Direct Debit guarantee

Naturally, with so much power in the hands of the merchant, the customer needs to be protected, and this comes in the form of the Direct Debit Guarantee.

This Guarantee protects customers in the event of the wrong amount being taken, whether in error or fraudulently. In these instances, the customer is entitled to a full and immediate refund from their bank.

The Guarantee also entitles customers to be informed of any changes to their Direct Debit, before they come into force, and allows them to cancel the Direct Debit at any time.

All of these protections are enforced by the banks and refunds and cancellations happen without any discussion with the merchant.

Isn’t it time to turn the tables on your cash flow? Instead of cash flowing out of your business at an alarming rate, why not improve the speed and regularity with which money arrives into your bank account?

Getting paid is the most important business activity you undertake, and yet all too often it is left to the last possible moment. Figures from Bacs reveal that SMEs can spend up to £1,000 a month chasing late payments. This is too much money, too much time lost, too much effort that should be invested in growing your business.

Collecting money you are owed by Direct Debit drastically reduces late payments, gives you positive cash flow, frees up time to concentrate on your business, makes your whole enterprise more efficient and helps you sleep a little better at night.
