Eazipay's Direct Debit Facility Management Service offers a top-level standard in customer service with guidance and training provided in all aspects of Direct Debit.

These are the main benefits offered to customers who sign up to our Direct Debit Facility Management Service:

Funds cleared in your bank within three working days

Two working days after the Direct Debit is collected, your collected cash is cleared to your private Client Holding Account. They will be transferred to your own account 1-2 days later.

40p flat fee for each Direct Debit collection*

Eazipay operates a flat fee payment system rather than a percentage of the amount collected as we believe this is a much fairer process for our clients, particularly those that are collecting hundreds of payments.

Your company name appears on customers' bank statements

This avoids cancellations or queries being raised by your customers who may not be certain who is actually collecting the money.

We provide a dedicated account manager

Each one of our customers has their own account manager whose job is to uphold our reputation of reliability and customer service.

Automatic re-presentation service

If a Direct Debit fails, we automatically re-present the Direct Debit request 10 days after 10 the first attempt fails.

Helpful reports

To help you manage your business better we can send any type of Direct Debit report you would like to see. Daily, weekly, monthly or occasional reports can be supplied quickly and effortlessly.

If you're unsure, we can advise you on a reports package that will be the most use to you and your business.

We can use your SUN or ours

If you already have a SUN (or OIN as they used to be called), we can collect under it. If not, we can set one up for you to ensure that your collections are uniquely identified with your company to both your customers, and within our system.

How a Facility Management Bureau works

As mentioned above, setting up your own Direct Debit arrangement with the bank can be expensive, difficult and time consuming.

To do so requires businesses to acquire their own Service User Number (SUN) and unless the turnover is at least £3 million this can be tricky.

Even with that condition met, there's a lengthy sponsorship application process alongside some stiff staff training requirements and expensive software requirements.

This is why most companies turn to a Facility Management Bureau (FMB).

An FMB has done all the training, bought all the software, acquired all the accreditation and is supported by Bacs, the governing body for Direct Debit in the UK. Bacs has been maintaining the integrity of payment related services for over 40 years and is owned by 16 of the leading banks and building societies in the UK, Europe and the US.

Even if a business has a SUN the administration costs can be expensive, so many still choose to use a bureau.

FMBs do all the work so businesses don't have to. Just tell the bureau you want to set up a new Direct Debit and they'll do the rest.

Eazipay's Facility Management Service

Naturally, Eazipay is a fully accredited Facilities Management Bureau. In fact, in 2011 it was awarded the coveted 'Affiliate' status by Bacs.

But Eazipay isn't a run of the mill bureau. Rather, it sets the gold standard in Direct Debit Management.

The levels of customer service are second to none and the company offers guidance and training in all aspects of Direct Debit.

Here are just some of the benefits available to customers who become Eazipay Facility Management customers.

  • Funds cleared within three working days

Two working days after the Direct Debit is collected, funds are cleared to the client's Holding Account. They will be in the client's own account between one and two days later.

Eazipay operates a flat fee payment system rather than a percentage of the amount collected. This is fairer.

  • Client name appears on customers bank statements

  • A dedicated account manager

Eazipay customers have a dedicated account manager who is tasked with keeping the company's reputation for reliability and customer service.
