  • Funds cleared within three working days

Two working days after the Direct Debit is collected, funds are cleared to the client's Holding Account. They will be in the client's own account between one and two days later.

  • A flat fee of 40p per Direct Debit collection

Eazipay operates a flat fee payment system rather than a percentage of the amount collected. This is fairer.

  • Client name appears on customers bank statements

 This avoids cancellations or queries being raised by customers who may not be certain who is collecting the money.

  • A dedicated account manager

 Eazipay customers have a dedicated account manager who is tasked with keeping the company's reputation for reliability and customer service.

  • Automatic re-presentation service

 Eazipay will automatically re-present Direct Debit requests after 10 days if a first attempt fails.
