Funds cleared in your bank within three working days

Two working days after the Direct Debit is collected, your collected cash is cleared to your private Client Holding Account. They will be transferred to your own account 1-2 days later.

40p flat fee for each Direct Debit collection*

Eazipay operates a flat fee payment system rather than a percentage of the amount collected as we believe this is a much fairer process for our clients, particularly those that are collecting hundreds of payments.

Your company name appears on customers' bank statements

This avoids cancellations or queries being raised by your customers who may not be certain who is actually collecting the money.

We provide a dedicated account manager

Each one of our customers has their own account manager whose job is to uphold our reputation of reliability and customer service.

Automatic re-presentation service

If a Direct Debit fails, we automatically re-present the Direct Debit request 10 days after 10 the first attempt fails.

To help you manage your business better we can send any type of Direct Debit report you would like to see. Daily, weekly, monthly or occasional reports can be supplied quickly and effortlessly.

If you're unsure, we can advise you on a reports package that will be the most use to you and your business.

We can use your SUN or ours

If you already have a SUN (or OIN as they used to be called), we can collect under it. If not, we can set one up for you to ensure that your collections are uniquely identified with your company to both your customers, and within our system.
