Accreditations and Affiliations

We're very proud of all the accreditations and affiliations we've collected since we started out 15 years ago. They are further proof that Eazipay is a professional, customer focussed company, able to supply top quality Direct Debit services to your business.

These accreditations and affiliations have come from respected industry bodies. They trust us to deliver; so can you.

ISO 9001:2015

We’re delighted to announce that we recently passed – or repassed - our ISO 9001 audit and as a result have been awarded the new ISO 9001: 2015 status.

The award came after a rigorous assessment by the registrars, and recognizes Eazipay as a company able to consistently provide a service to customers that meets their needs, and those of the regulator.

ISO 9001 also helps with staff motivation and improvement, so you can be sure you'll always get the very best attention.

Bacs Affiliate

Bacs is the governing body for Direct Debit processing in the UK payments industry.

Since 2011, Bacs has recognised Eazipay's status in the industry by awarding us 'Affiliate' status. This gives us a say in the future of electronic payment processing in the UK and an opportunity to influence and analyse the impact of any forthcoming regulatory changes for the benefit of our clients and customers.

We are proud to be one of only 55 Bacs 'Affiliates'. These are drawn from leading banks, building societies and businesses such as Aviva, Deutsche Bank and NS&I, as well as government organisations like the Department for Work and Pensions.

Bacs Approved Bureau

Eazipay is also a Bacs Approved Bureau. To achieve this we had to pass an inspection review covering risk assessment and management in five categories, including Applications and Systems Support as well as Bacs Processing and Operations.

By granting Eazipay ‘Approved Bureau’ status, Bacs has recognised that our Direct Debit services exceed exacting industry standards and that customers can feel confident when dealing with us.

Bacs accredited FM provider

We are also incredibly proud to have become one of the first Bacs accredited Facility Management Direct Debit providers.

The accreditation is a new requirement from Bacs, which stipulates that all Facility Management Providers – companies that collect or administer Direct Debit collections on behalf of other organisations – be accredited as a condition of using the Direct Debit scheme.

The formal accreditation further demonstrates our commitment to providing the highest quality Direct Debit services and support to its customers and further cements Eazipay as one of the UK’s leading Direct Debit processing companies.

FCA Direct authorisation

In 2014, Eazipay became the first Direct Debit Bureau to achieve direct authorisation from City watchdog, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

The FCA is the governing body of the financial services industry and its authorisation status is a clear sign that they are happy with our level of competence and customer service.

To get this level of recognition from the industry regulator is a great achievement for the team who have always striven for excellence in everything they do.

Eazipay Limited are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, number 615816 under the Payment Services Regulations 2009 for the provision of payment services. www.fca.org.uk
