Sixteen hundred (and counting) companies can’t be wrong

That’s the number of individual SMEs and corporate organisations who currently rely on us to collect Direct Debits on their behalf. Without doubt we are one of the most significant Direct Debit collection companies in the United Kingdom.

We have grown year-on-year since our inception in 2002. Our clients operate in just about every conceivable sector in the UK, Europe and beyond. Yes, we can even collect Direct Debits from overseas banks.

We recently celebrated our most successful year ever when we processed £330 million worth of Direct Debits and our Direct Debit processing and collection volumes crashed through the £1 billion barrier.

If you would like to know more, just give us a quick call.

After two decades you would expect us to know a thing or two about Direct Debits – and we do. But we know other things as well. For instance, we know what a transformation our Direct Debit collection service will make to your business. We also know how much you value first-rate customer service.

And here’s something else we know…we know how much our colleagues enjoy working at Eazipay. That’s because we genuinely enjoy what we do and when that happens, enthusiasm shines through everything we do, and it does.

Customer service is much more than delivering a decent service level to clients – at least it is to us.

For us, top flight customer service has at its heart an understanding of your business and the unique ways in which your business operates. Our services are unique because you are.

We will do our utmost to align the services we offer to your own individual business needs.

Little things mean a lot. For us the big picture is made up of a mass of detail. Get the details right and the big picture emerges. That’s what we do. Details like who to collect from, where does the money go, how much do we collect and how frequently do we collect it.

We take care of the details – even the small ones!

Bacs affiliate

Eazipay has been awarded 'Affiliate' status from Bacs, the governing body for Direct Debit processing in the UK payments industry. We are now a member of an exclusive group of 55 other Bacs Affiliates, which includes representatives from some of the UK's leading businesses, banks and building societies, as well as government organisations and a variety of banking technology providers.

We are also recognised as a Bacs Approved Bureau, which demonstrates that our operational processes and knowledge and expertise not only meet, but exceed, exacting industry standards.

As well as our Bacs Approved and Affiliate status, we're also one of the first Direct Debit bureaux to receive the ISO9001:2008 certification for our Quality Management System and direct authorisation from City watchdog, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Obtaining this level of approval validates all our efforts to improve the quality, delivery and reliability of our services and is a clear sign that we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing the highest levels of services and support to all our clients.

Our customers, now more than ever, want to be confident that they are doing business with an organisation that can constantly meet and exceed their expectations. Successfully achieving direct authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority (which we did in May 2014) is a clear sign that we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing the highest levels of services and support.

The Financial Conduct Authority is set up to regulate the financial services industry in the UK. Its aim is to protect consumers, ensure the industry remains stable and promote healthy competition between financial services providers.

Eazipay Limited are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, number 615816 under the Payment Services Regulations 2009 for the provision of payment services. www.fca.org.uk
