No percentage charge

Eazipay charges a flat fee of 40p per Direct Debit collection. Your costs are fixed per customer - much better than paying a percentage of the amount you collect!

Any report you like

To help you manage your business better, we can send any report you would like to see. You can choose daily, weekly, monthly or occasional reports or we will advise you on a reports package that will be the most use to you.

Automatic represent service

We will automatically represent Direct Debit fulfilment requests after 10 days if a first attempt fails. This helps keep your admin time down when contacting clients whose payments did not go thorough the first time.

Client communication service

We can write to your clients for you to let them know of any changes to their billings.

Proactive management

We can show you how many customers have cancelled or amended the Direct Debit fulfilment instruction before we collect using the ADDACS service. This minimises the expense of natural attrition.
